Day 30, the last day of the 2018 Direct Watercolor Challenge: a sunflower. To me it looks like a greenish strawberry with yellow leaves. I don’t know how these things happen.

Day 25: Duck Figurine

Day 25 of the 2018 Direct Watercolor Challenge: a duck figurine. I intended to paint the whole duck but I ran out of room on my 5×7-inch watercolor paper. That’s another thing that happens when you don’t sketch the subject first. Oh, well, better luck next time.
