Along the Colorado River

A few photographs from walking on the trail next to the Colorado River (in Austin, Texas, also known as Lady Bird Lake). And yes, it was a cold and rainy day (just a little bit rainy, but definitely grey).

I picked up hubby at the Ford dealership after he dropped off his vehicle for service. This is what we saw at the front of the lot.

Ducks at Dawn

When I went out to photograph the sunrise, I heard some ducks on the pond. The black-bellied whistling tree ducks objected to my presence and took flight.

The mallards, however, decided I was harmless and stayed around.
