After our hike in Pedernales Falls State Park, our hiking group headed on over to Luckenbach, Texas for lunch. The last time I was in Luckenbach was about 30 years ago.

I’m guessing this is the entry point for the Friday night dances, to collect the cover and take away any alcoholic beverages people bring with them.

A new restroom facility is on the far side of the dance hall.
This door is not locked even though it’s not supposed to be in use.

Downtown Blanco (1)
On my way home from San Antonio I was on Highway 281 and as it goes through Blanco, I decided to stop and walk around the square. For these doors, I managed both a near and far vantage point.

The Apple Store Patio Cafe
The Apple Store Patio Cafe is in Medina, Texas. Hubby and I recently ate there for the first time. Wonderful aromas from the apples, cinnamon, and wood-burning stove. The food was good, too. They even had two — count them: two — veggie burgers on their menu. In the front is a shop with all kinds of apple products. They also sell various apple trees.
