Poppies in Georgetown

Georgetown, Texas, hosts a poppy festival each year in April. There are beautiful red poppies all over the city. These were in the Sunken Gardens.

From March to June

I visited Georgetown, Texas, in March and in June. What a difference a few months and about 20 inches of rain make. These photos are of the same house. I couldn’t even see the door when I was there in June.
