While visiting friends in Moody, Texas, I got up before dawn ready with my camera.
Burnet, Texas, is in the Hill Country and there are several places for a good view.
On one corner of the square in Burnet , Texas, is the old Burnet County Jail with a statue of Wallace Riddell, Texas’ longest serving sheriff. He served 39 years, 1 month, 11 days (1939-1978).
I drove up to Burnet, Texas, and had lunch with Steve. He was nice enough to drive me around, showing me a few tourist-y things.
A friend sent me this photo while she was visiting London and graciously gave me permission to post it.
Thursday is for doors over at Norm 2.0.
