Swallow Nest
We had some swallows using this nest but only for a short while. There were no baby birds in it this year.
Wasp Nest
I stayed far away when I photographed this bunch.
Dove Nest
A dove nest in our burr oak tree. It was already abandoned when I photographed it; I didn’t bother any birds.
Butterfly and Sunflower
Just as I left the house to run errands, I passed this butterfly on a sunflower. I didn’t have my big camera with me so I used my smart phone. This proves the point that the best camera is the one you have with you.
