A bridge decorated in honor of Larry Monroe, a disc jockey at KUT for many years.

One side of the bridge. Both sides are decorated in this manner. Larry Monroe Forever Bridge (2)

Bridge designed by Stefanie Distefano.

Open statements to the universe. I’d read about these walls, but this is the only one I’ve seen myself. Somewhere in the Travis Heights neighborhood (Austin, Texas).

Here is the Moon Tower in the Travis Heights neighborhood (Austin, Texas). According to Wikipedia, Austin installed 31 towers in the 1890s, of which 15 remain. They are 165 feet tall and are the only surviving light towers in the world.
