I wanted to take this photo early in the morning, before the sun’s glare washed out most of the color. Unfortunately, there was a heavy fog until the early afternoon. So here is the south view from the Texas Capitol, looking down Congress Avenue, in full sun.

Winter Clouds
A few more pictures for the changing seasons. Winter clouds. They look like dinosaur ribs to me, cold dinosaur ribs, as they only show up in the winter.
