I’m going with “creepy-crawly” for this week’s photo challenge: trilobites at the Houston Museum of Natural Science.
This is the Rio Grande Gorge Bridge in northern New Mexico. I was there early on a Sunday morning (about 5:30 a.m.) to wait for sunrise. On the high desert it is cool in the mornings, in the low 50s. I could hear the rush of the river below as I stood alone on the edge of the gorge. It was just me, the river, and the beautiful clouds at dawn.
I saw hollyhocks everywhere while travelling through northern New Mexico.
