I found these while on an urban hike in Austin, Texas. They are on houses right next to each other, somewhere in the Mueller neighborhood.

Towers at Mueller
This is the old airport control tower in the Mueller neighborhood. Some years ago, the Mueller airport moved from this site to the closed Bergstrom Air Force base. When the Mueller neighborhood was developed, they left the tower standing.
This is a water tower. I’ve driven by it countless times and wondered what it was. I finally saw a reference to it in the information about the urban hike through the Mueller neighborhood.
