I tried to sneak up on the hawk sitting on the perch to get a closeup photo. That didn’t happen.

Great White Heron
I got lucky this bird flew by within range while I had my camera out.
I played around a little bit in Lightroom, darkening the photograph for a silhouette effect.

Blurry Killdeer Photos
These photos are blurry, but not intentionally. Killdeer walk a lot on the ground. I thought maybe I could get some good photos. That hasn’t happened yet.
This is one of the parents. It would have been a great photo if I hadn’t chopped off the wing tips. Sigh.
