Clint The Elder

This is Clint, our 13-year old Labrador Retriever. I never did figure out what he was looking at. I stood right by him looking up and I didn’t see anything. Out of the corner of my eye, I thought I saw his tail wag, maybe as in “Ha! Made you look!”

Silly dog! (Or is that silly me?)

Ooh, now that’s interesting . . .

Weekly Photo Challenge: Extra, Extra

Somewhere near Hamilton, Texas. I was taking the photo of the antelope and only saw the dog when I reviewed the photo on the computer monitor.

Same thing here. I was interested in the lemons on the desktop and only saw the dog photo in my photo when I looked at it on the computer monitor.

View from my Window

The view from my window
Depends on me to see it
I can drive by, day after day
Looking straight ahead

But

Ahead is not the only line of sight
I can always find something
To the left and to the right
And the trail left behind, as well

Taking the time to notice
Fellow travelers, the changing seasons
Helps me along my way

It’s not blocking the view; it is the view
