Our two native peach trees burst into bloom a few days ago. Unfortunately, a winter storm brought a hard freeze and ice to central Texas. We won’t have any peaches this year after all this ice.

Drats. If these peach trees are descended from the trees in Buda they are sooo good.
Yes, they are from those trees. Unfortunately, they’ve had only one or two years without a late, hard freeze or drought or both.
