My usual route into town was blocked by a disabled 18-wheeler. That’s the only reason I took an alternate route, which is where I saw this Crested Caracara in a tree.

Crested Caracara. My usual route into town was blocked by a disabled 18-wheeler so I had to take an alternate route. That’s the only reason I was on the road where I passed this tree and saw this bird. Photo is edited and cropped square.
