All dressed up and nowhere to go. This is Ruckus, our youngest dog. I wrapped the scarf I knitted around his neck for a photography assignment and had hubby bribe him with treats in hopes that he would sit still for a second for two.

Our puppy is growing fast (as they all do). Ruckus certainly likes to retrieve the bumper. He likes to chew on it or play keep away instead of bringing it to me or hubby so we can throw it again.

Puppy Ruckus joined our family in December. These are only some of the toys available for him to play with. The toy cache has grown over the years, with each new puppy. Some toys get retired when they are too torn up to use.

This, however, is puppy’s favorite toy.

He is never unsupervised so when he breaks off a piece, we take it away.

Sometimes advertising really works on me. When I saw this Star Wars rolling pin, I really, really wanted one. As I checked it out online, I saw the teasers about “Maybe you’d also be interested in …” and there was the Labrador Retriever rolling pin. Yes! Yes, I am interested.
I bought both. Don’t care that I gave up baking years ago.
