Gail told me where this was, but I forgot.
Here is my sketch of a white horse based on the video by Leonardo Pereznieto. I finally looked him up on Wikipedia. It says he was painting with watercolors before he could walk or talk. I started my art education about six decades after I learned to walk. Just call me a late bloomer.

I noticed the old horse and stopped along the road
He came to the fence when he saw me, breathing whispers in the cold
As he neared, he stumbled in the mud,
Knees buckling, then righting themselves.
Does he dream of roaming free, running through fields,
Lungs full of the scent of wildflowers, splashing through creeks,
Sunrise at his back?
I do.
