This is in my neighbor’s front yard (pasture). I’ve no idea what it is or what its purpose is. Maybe some kind of scarecrow? Your guess is as good as better than mine.

It’s Henry the octopus! Perhaps the cows are big fans of the Wiggles? But Henry seems to be overseeing the cows, not the other way around 🙂
