A couple of months ago Sherry and I ran around Pflugerville seeing the sights. The Spirit of Texas Independent Distillery was one of our stops. It was closed that afternoon, as they were preparing for a film session for the Day Tripper show. Still, we got to take a quick peek inside and take a photo or two.
