In the ‘60’s my Dad did business with the Colgin family. Mr R. Colgin was always so nice to me. One time he gave me $5 and told me to go buy some ice cream. He told me he gave his granddaughter $60 a month for ice cream and what ever else she wanted to spend it on. $5 was a lot of money to me so I could not imagine $60.
I’ve used a lot of Colgin’s liquid smoke over the years and a little Stubb’s.
